We built this website to process as little personal data as possible. There are no advertising networks, no tracking pixels and no external fonts. This policy describes what actually happens when you visit seboom.com.

Server log files

This website is hosted by ALL-INKL.COM – Neue Medien Münnich, Hauptstraße 68, 02742 Friedersdorf, Germany. When you open a page, your browser transmits technical data that the server logs: IP address, date and time, requested file, amount of data transferred, browser type and operating system, and the referring page. This data is technically necessary to operate and secure the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in stable, secure operation (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). This data is not merged with other sources. A data processing agreement is in place with ALL-INKL.

Cookies

This website sets no analytics or advertising cookies. Cookies are only set when someone logs into the site’s admin area – that applies to us as operators, not to visitors.

Fonts

The font Roboto is stored on our own server and delivered from there. No connection to Google Fonts is made and no data is transmitted to Google.

YouTube videos

Our course videos are hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). So that simply opening a page creates no connection to Google, videos are only loaded after you click the play button. Before that you only see an image served from our own server.

Once you click play, a connection to YouTube is established. Your IP address is transmitted to Google and Google may set cookies. We use the extended data protection mode (youtube-nocookie.com), which reduces but does not eliminate data collection. If you are logged into Google at the time, Google can associate the request with your account. The legal basis for this transfer is your consent given by clicking (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). If you write to us, we process your details solely to handle your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR). We do not pass this data on and delete it once the enquiry is settled, unless statutory retention periods apply.
